Are we saving your sms text messages?
Rdevice is not storing or saving any of your private sms text messages. Only sms containing a @tag is stored to our system once your enter it and you can delete it at any time.
Are we storing the Contacts from your mobile device?
No. The Rdevice is not reading or storing any of your existing or new non-public contacts from your mobile device.
Are messages kept private?
Yes. Rdevice monitors your incoming sms messages to process @tags and may upload the data to our system in order to provide services. Rdevice is not storing or saving any of your private sms messages. Only the @tags and auto reply messages you set are saved to our system and are deleted when you delete them.
Do you need a Username & Password?
Yes. Rdevice requires you to choose a Username and password to create an account and login for returning members. Your password is encrypted and not disclosed to any outside party. If you use Rdevice, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or mobile device, and you agree to accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
Do we share any information within our network of companies?
Registering for Rdevice gives you access to all of our networks including RdeviceIM and RdeviceID which may share information in order to provide you services. We also don’t want you to lose your username if you want to use our other networks.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
Posting anything in Publicly Accessible areas of our website such as forums and discussion boards can be viewed by anyone with an internet connection. Do not post any personally identifiable information such as your phone number, home address, or any other information you do not wish to make public.
